Our Policy
- The processing time for your refund depends on the type of refund and the payment method you used.
- The refund period/process begins when Hatshodai processes your refund according to your refund type.
- The refund amount covers the product price and shipping fees for your returned product.
Refund type
- Refund from Return - Refund is processed after your item is returned to the warehouse and QC is completed.

- Refunds from canceled orders - Refunds are automatically initiated when the cancellation is successfully processed.
- Refund from failed delivery - The refund process begins once the item reaches the seller. Please note that this may take longer depending on the area of your shipping address. Screen reader support is enabled.
- The product must be unused, unworn, undamaged and without any defects. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty card, free gifts, invoice and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and intact manufacturer's packaging/box. If the product was supplied in a home market packaging/box, the same packaging/box must be returned. Do not tape or stick stickers directly on the manufacturer's packaging/box.
Note:
- It is important to mention the order number and return tracking number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delays in your return process.
- When handing over your package to the drop-off station/pickup agent, please collect the Home Market Return Acknowledgement Form and save it for future reference.
