How many days does it takes to get the product?
- We usually deliver products within 3 to 5 days without pre-order, and if any unforeseen circumstances arise, we contact the customer by phone to inform them of the delivery time.
Delivery Charge
- Within Dhaka city - 70 taka. Aropund Dhaka City - 90tk. Outside Dhaka city - 160 taka.
Customer Support
- A 24-hour complaint team and customer service team work and provide customer service. Basically, it is ensured that the customer has received the correct product through the correct order or if there is any complaint about the product/delivery and arrangements are made accordingly.
- An initial response is provided within 1 hour of receiving the complaint/comment and we are committed to a full resolution within 24 hours.
